London Battersea Project.

Happy to present our London Battersea project for our returning customer.

We removed old patio covering and installed composite decking with composite joists over pad foundations. It was slighly challenging project as only access to the garden was through the house, but we managed to keep the job nice and tidy and we finished witthin resonable timescale. What a great transformation!

Hippodrome Project.

Happy to present our project, we called it Hippodrom Project.

We get brand new timberframe building (build by others this time) and been asked to finish it internaly and externaly.

What is so special with that project:

-kitchen from Hobson Choice

-bespoke hardwood floating stairs and balustrade (that's my favourite feature in this project) fitted by our team!

-bathroom with large format tiles sourced from Porcelanosa, with interesting features as niches with mittred joints in shower area.

-bespoke large size flat roof lights

-invisible doors -Arriva and Innova system

-shadow gap skirtings called 'invisible' skirtings

what intresting from construcion point of view:

-over 189 m2 of UFH in 6 zones, with new bolier and plumbing system

-over 200 electrical points with new consumer unit and Rako system

-over 140m2 of falt roof covering using sarnafil system

-innovative cladding using anodised panels

-anodised windows

-car turntable on driveway (pictures to follow once completed)

Our new Fatra project !

We are very pleased to show you our Fatra project! Yes, we are correct Fatra is not only for roofing, but aslo is a system dedicated to terraces and patios.

Our returning customer got problem with leaking patio, which caused problems in basement underneath.

We used fatra system to make the patio water and weather proof then we installed new slabs on adjustable legs.

For entire installation process we used scaffolding with tinned roof to work whatever the weather and protect existing structure.

Final effect is amazing.
